Beyond The Gnar Returns Policy

At Beyond The Gnar, we want you to be fully stoked with your gear. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

All items will be delivered in recycled packaging.

Returns Window

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached.

• Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear or underwear unless faulty.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@beyondthegnar.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a returns form to include in your package.

3. Post the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it's done.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Just return your item and place a new order for what you need.
